This is done through our dedicated team of support specialists, who have many years of proven experience installing, maintaining and supporting these security solutions in the field.  Once a solution is implemented Secure Networks can offer the peace of mind that a support agreement gives. Should any operational issues or problems arise our highly trained technical staff are a phone-call or email away.

Secure Networks is pleased to be able to offer support for all of the products we supply, allowing complete peace of mind. Standard support is available from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory public holidays). When this may not be enough to support mission critical services, we can offer extended levels of support for a number of our products. Whatever the support requirements Secure Networks can provide the necessary coverage.

In addition to our support, some hardware products come with a number of support options from return to base repair to 4-hour onsite support.
