Smart folders

A significant amount of valuable business information exists inside company email. Unfortunately this information remains largely inaccessible to the organisation, either locked up inside inboxes or tucked away in an archiving system. Mimecast provisions smart folders to staff and management that need access to business critical email information in real time. Mimecast's smart folders are powerful, automated, realtime views on valuable company email communication channels. For example, an account director can view all emails exchanged between the company and a client. A new staff member can "shadow" email communication between an experienced staff member and a client. A finance director can therefore have oversight over all communications with specified suppliers for example.

Smart folders are totally flexible, allowing many useful views to be created and shared over the companies email data. Smart folder data can easily be streamed to other applications too - for example a customer care Intranet.
